FutureScore™ is a digital product delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the report has been generated and delivered.
If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase:
- You did not receive your report.
- Your report contains a technical error.
- You were charged multiple times.
- You experienced a system error during purchase.
Where appropriate, we may provide:
- A corrected report
- A replacement report
- A partial or full refund
